This panel saw uses linear guides & brushless servo-motors for precise axes control.  These innovative technical solutions aim at reaching high performances while maintaining maximum accuracy.  The pusher carriage runs on an exclusive system of ball blocks sliding on two prismatic guides located on steel beams.  Fast & accurate positioning is accomplished thanks to the brushless motor & magnetic tape measuring system.  The numerical control guarantees fully automatic management of cutting even the most complex patterns by optimizing the movement of the axes.  In order to insure the best cutting quality, the numerical control adjusts the blade projection for the stack of panels by setting the most appropriate cutting speed for the thickness of the stack & dimension of the trim.
